Intellectual Property Rights

All photographs taken by Yaunna Rae Photography are the exclusive intellectual property of Yaunna Rae Photography and are protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any photographs, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of Yaunna Rae Photography.

Client Rights & Usage

When clients purchase photographs from Yaunna Rae Photography, they are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the photographs for personal use only. This includes the right to print, display, and share the photographs online or in print media, provided that the photographs are not used for commercial purposes or altered in any way. Any other use of the photographs, including but not limited to, commercial, advertising, or promotional purposes, requires written permission from Yaunna Rae Photography.

Rights of Participants

Participants in dog sporting events who purchase photographs from Yaunna Rae Photography are subject to the same usage restrictions outlined in section 2 of this policy.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If a client cancels a booking for photography services, any deposit or fees paid may be subject to a cancellation fee. Yaunna Rae Photography reserves the right to determine the amount of the cancellation fee based on factors such as the notice provided and the impact on the business schedule. Refunds for purchased photographs are not provided unless there is a defect in the product or an error on the part of Yaunna Rae Photography.

Liability

Yaunna Rae Photography and its representatives shall not be held liable for any damages or injuries that occur during the course of providing photography services, or as a result of using the photographs. Clients and participants assume all risks associated with their presence at dog sporting events and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yaunna Rae Photography from any claims or liabilities arising from their participation or the use of the photographs.

Amendments

Yaunna Rae Photography reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of clients and participants to review the policy periodically to stay informed about any changes.
